Booking process:
Do you have any questions during your booking process?

Step 1:
Select the session you wish to attend, then complete registration form linked with that session. By submitting your registration form, you agree to our: rules, terms & policies.

Step 2:
Book in a 1 one 1 video Intro Call, this a call is a chance for both sides to know each other, explore what you are looking for and for us to fully understand your family's needs.
Step 3:
Receive confirmation request email which contains:
* Booking information
* Invoice
* Request to make a 50% down-payment
* Payment link/bank transfer information
Step 4:
Once we have received your down-payment, you will receive our confirmation e-mail which contains:
* The confirmation of your booking
* All the information needed for a well prepared and comfortable arrival.
